Tip#3 — Make A One-Time Customer Into A Lifetime Customer

The difference between one-time customers and repeat customers is perhaps the amount of communication you have with them, esp. after their initial transaction.

It is important to stay in touch with your “list” so they won’t forget all about you. There are indeed new programs popping out almost every other day. Sure, you don’t want to pitch all new programs out there. Instead, you can opt to provide your “list” updated information or new areas of learning from time to time, just to keep in touch.

If you haven’t implemented this one, I suggest you start working on a system of follow-up notices to your customers. If not, they will more likely forget about you. Work on it right now, then come back to read more tips on list building.
