Tip #41 — Use Contrasting Prices

Present a comparison of your prices versus another service or product provider. For example, you are selling a strategy to relieve stress, compare the cost of your information product to a doctor’s consultation fee. I’m pretty sure yours will be cheaper. This strategy is effectively used in a number of marketing programs online and offline.


Most people are cost conscious. If they see the value of your product or service, they are more likely to make a purchase.


Tip #42 — Give People a Reason To Trust You

Tell your story. Tell a true and compelling story. You will need to let people know that they can trust you. In fact, integrity is and must be a part of your whole being. It’s in all that you do and all that you are. In marketing online, I’ve learned that people tend to follow people. Relationship building is truly important. If you have a number of people who trust your judgment, the more important it is for you to be particular about the programs or products you endorse.
